And with a cinema series , the project Without Mercy enters its final week. From thursday on, at the Catholic Circle of Workers from Porto and in collaboration with Confederação , a series of films will be projected, films that reflect crucial moments in contemporary history: the portuguese revolution (1974), the fall of the Twin Towers (2001) and the social struggles being waged nowadays in several European countries. These works will be presented either by their filmmakers – Saguenail and José Tavares – either by guests – Edições Antipáticas, Júlio Henriques and Miguel Teotónio Pereira – who will help deepen and contextualize the screenings. The occasion will also be taken to assemble a small publications fair.
