Sismógrafo presented two projects centered on David Maranha (Figueira da Foz, 1969). The musician proposed a concert for organ and electronic rombudage in collaboration with Repositor, following with the exhibition Geographical prefiguration, consisting of three models scaled 1/20 in beechwood. A chance to meet the multifaceted work of this author, who has been active in the territories of architecture, experimental and improvised music – he is one of the founders, in 1989, of the collective osso exótico – and visual arts, particularly through sculptural objects and installations. The show ended with another concert, starring David Maranha and cellist Helena Epsvall, a Swedish-American musician associated with the revival of the psychedelic folk movement, who has been part of groups like Espers, The Valerie Project and Anahita.
