Departing from Joana Moll's action carried out during the 3 months of duration of the exhibition To exhibit Not to Expose To Expose Not to Exhibit, that took place in Santa Mònica Art Centre in Barcelona in 2021, representatives of Portuguese cultural institutions are invited to talk with the artist, who, with the work 16/2017, raises some key questions on the ethical and political dimension of the artistic in cultural institutions.
Joana Moll is an artist and researcher. Her work critically explores how techno-capitalist narratives affect machine, human, and ecosystem's literacy.
This session is part of the parallel programme of the exhibition Prototypes of insituting desire. Santa Mònica to Sismógrafo, curated by Clara Laguillo.
